How to wire somthing from inside A volvo 850 to the fuse box?

I am trying to run a wire from inside my car to the fuse box on my volvo and I can’t find any opening to snake the wire to the hood. Does anyone know if there is an opening somewhere in this car.

      you see any hole that has wires running thru it thats the place you go thru should be plenty just follow any wire thru the firewall
